Optional quotes in Amplifi-Qx Hub allow you to present alternative solutions to clients. By creating variations of existing quotes and marking them as optional, you can offer different options while maintaining clear tracking of alternatives.

Creating Optional Quotes 📋​

Duplication Process​

  1. Navigate to the original quote
  2. Click the options menu (â‹®)
  3. Select "Duplicate Quote"
  4. Enter new quote title (automatically prefixed with "Copy of")
  5. Click "Duplicate Quote"

Setting Optional Status​

After duplication:

  1. Access the options menu
  2. Select "Change Optional Status"
  3. Confirm the change
  4. The quote will be marked as "OPTIONAL QUOTE"
