Creating a new quote in Amplifi-Qx Hub starts from either an opportunity or company record. This guide walks you through the process of creating and configuring quotes effectively, whether using the Signal Quote Builder or adding items manually.

  • The opportunity details page
  • The company details page
  • The New Quote button

Initial Setup​

Required Information 📋​

When creating a new quote, you'll need:

  • Quote Title: Clear identifier for the quote
  • Company: Select the relevant client company
  • Opportunity: Link to associated opportunity (if applicable)

Building the Quote 🏗️​

Using Signal Quote Builder​

The recommended method for quote creation:

  1. Access the Signal Quote Builder after initial quote creation
  2. Select appropriate equipment:
  • Signal Boosters (CEL-FI GO, QUATRA)
  • CEL-FI Accessories
  • Product Bundles
  1. Configure quantities and pricing
  2. Add installation services
  3. Include travel costs
  4. Apply any additional charges

Manual Item Addition ➕​

For custom configurations, add items individually:

  1. Click "Add Line Item"
  2. Select from available items or enter custom details
  3. Specify:
  • Buy Price
  • Sell Price
  • Quantity
  1. Save the line item
