The Prospects module in Amplifi-Qx Hub, also known as Signal Problems, helps track and manage locations with identified mobile coverage issues. Through the Signal Problems Dashboard, you can efficiently monitor potential business opportunities that arise from known coverage challenges.

Each prospect can be assigned one of four distinct statuses:

New 🆕

  • Recently registered signal problems
  • Awaiting initial assessment

Adding New Prospects 📝

Registration Methods

Via Amplifi-Qx Pro

The preferred method using the mobile app:

  1. Open Amplifi-Qx Pro app
  2. Select "Register Signal Problem"
  3. Complete required fields
  4. Add location details
  5. Submit the registration

Via Hub Interface

To register through the Hub:

  1. Click "Register Signal Problem" button
  2. Enter business/building name
  3. Provide problem description
  4. Select affected networks
  5. Add any additional information
  6. Include three-word location description
  7. Submit the registration
