Proposal templates 📑
Amplifi-Qx Hub no longer requires users to manually select a proposal template during creation.
Instead:
- you select the products in the proposal
- the system automatically chooses the correct proposal site template (e.g. digital vs analogue)
If you’re migrating from the old proposal builder, this is the key change.
How template selection works​
At creation time, the Hub uses the first selected product to decide the system type:
- Digital (e.g. QUATRA)
- Analogue (e.g. GO)
This affects the fields shown in the proposal details step (for example, the hardware fields differ between digital and analogue).
If you’re unsure which product to pick first, choose the product that best represents the overall system type you’re proposing.
