Sending proposals ๐Ÿ“ค

Before you send ๐Ÿ”โ€‹

Before sending a proposal to a customer:

  1. Make sure the proposal is complete and accurate (recommendation, pricing, networks/hardware, media).
  2. Generate the proposal site.
  3. Test the proposal site.
  4. Mark it as sent.

Generate + test the proposal siteโ€‹

Generate the proposal site first:

  • choose a unique subdomain
  • set the email access domain

Testing (donโ€™t distort analytics)โ€‹

Before you send the proposal externally, test it using:

  • proposals@amplifi-qx.com

Avoid using the customerโ€™s allowed domain (it will count as a customer view).

Mark as sentโ€‹

When youโ€™re happy with the proposal site, click Mark as Sent.

This:

  • updates the proposal status
  • makes it visible in the Amplifi-Qx customer portal

Tracking engagement ๐Ÿ“Šโ€‹

Once the proposal has been sent and viewed, the Analytics tab shows:

  • who viewed (by email)
  • what they engaged with (sections, clicks, downloads, video)

Always use the preview link for internal review and save the client link strictly for customer use. This ensures accurate engagement tracking and analytics.
