Sending Surveys 📤
Introduction
Once a survey is complete and verified, Amplifi-Qx Hub provides a streamlined process for sharing results with clients. The system generates secure, client-friendly reports that can be easily accessed through a unique URL.
Sending Process 🔄
Preparing to Send
Before sending a survey to a client, ensure:
- All measurements are verified and complete
- Photos are properly attached and labelled
- Engineer notes are comprehensive and professional
- Any sensitive internal comments are hidden
- The survey status is updated appropriately
Marking as Sent
To send a survey to a client:
- Navigate to the survey details page
- Click the "Send Survey Report" option
- Review the generated sharing link
- Click "Mark As Sent" to finalise
- The system will record the sent date and status
Survey Links 🔗
Understanding Link Types
The system generates two different types of links:
Client Link:
- Provided to the client
- Shows a professional, formatted report
- Contains only client-appropriate information
- Accessible without login credentials
- Tracked for viewing statistics
Preview Link:
- For internal team use
- Allows report preview before sending
- Doesn't affect survey statistics
- Used for quality checking
- Available in the survey options
⚠️ Important Note: Always use the preview link for internal reviewing. Using the client link internally will affect the survey statistics and potentially confuse tracking metrics.
