Installation jobs represent new Amplifi-Qx system deployments and follow a structured creation process through our sales pipeline.

Automatic Creation Process

When a sales opportunity is marked as "Won" in the system:

  1. The system automatically generates a new installation job
  2. Relevant details are imported from the sales opportunity
  3. The job enters the NEW INSTALL stage
  4. The sales team receives a notification to complete initial setup

Required NEW INSTALL Information

The sales team must complete these essential details:

📊 Financial Information

  • Expected invoices confirmation
  • Payment terms verification
  • Budget allocation
  • Cost center assignment

📋 Pre-Installation Survey

  • Survey scheduling status
  • Site visit requirements
  • Access arrangements
  • Special considerations

📐 Site Documentation

  • Floorplan status and requirements
  • Building layout details
  • Coverage area specifications
  • Access point locations

🔧 Technical Specifications

  • Proposed Amplifi-Qx solution details
  • Network Unit (NU) count
  • Coverage Unit (CU) count
